Role Description The Interior Architect will work full time on-site in Chennai, collaborating closely with project teams to design and deliver functional and aesthetically aligned interior spaces for residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing interior layouts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating interior fit-outs, and ensuring designs comply with architectural standards and local regulations. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their requirements, translating concepts into design solutions, and overseeing execution to maintain design integrity and quality. The Interior Architect will also collaborate with contractors, vendors,



and other stakeholders to manage timelines, materials, and finishes, while contributing to continuous improvement in design processes.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Architecture and Architecture, with experience integrating interior concepts into overall building design.
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Fit-out, including selection of materials, finishes, and detailing for residential spaces.
- Ability in Space Planning, ensuring functional, efficient, and user-centered layouts.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
- Hands-on experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic understanding of building codes and standards.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating residential interior projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and willingness to be present in office throughout the project lifecycle.
