We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1+ year of experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, client requirement handling, candidate sourcing, and closure of positions across IT and Non-IT roles. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities -

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients while ensuring timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer terms with candidates.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates until successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and MIS reports.
- Collaborate with the Client Success and Delivery teams to ensure timely closures.
- Meet individual hiring targets and maintain quality metrics.

Requirement -

- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment within the staffing industry.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.

Qualifications-

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1+ year of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.
