Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and modern Salesforce development practices.
- Build scalable Salesforce features, automation, workflows, reports, dashboards, and platform enhancements that improve business productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications including ERP systems, CRM platforms, REST APIs, middleware, and third-party services.
- Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, Flows, record types, layouts, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, participate in code reviews, and contribute to platform stability and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, QA engineers, product teams, and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions in an Agile setting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong exposure to enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, Data Loader,



and Salesforce platform customization.
- Experience building Salesforce automation using Flows, approval processes, validation rules, reports, dashboards, security models, and permission management.
- Practical experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, CRM platforms, middleware, or other enterprise applications using REST APIs and modern integration practices.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, debugging, deployments, release management, and Agile software development.
- Candidates based in Bangalore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mysore, Mangalore, Hubli, Coimbatore, or willing to relocate to Bangalore, are encouraged to apply.
