A global logistics leader is building its India product and engineering centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will lead an engineering team building the systems that move goods across the world. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Product Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers building and shipping product - owning delivery, technical quality, and the growth of the people on your team while staying close to the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Quality

- Lead a product engineering team to plan, build, and ship reliably
- Own delivery, code quality, and the health of your systems
- Partner with product on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs

Team & Growth

- Hire, mentor, and grow engineers through clear feedback




- Set technical direction and engineering standards for the team
- Build a strong, accountable delivery culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 6 to 10 years in software engineering, including managing engineers
- A record of shipping production systems with a team
- Robust technical judgement and people-leadership skills
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience scaling backend, distributed, or high-volume systems
- Exposure to logistics, supply-chain, or platform products
- Comfort working across US or global time zones
