Roles & Responsibilities
- Design| develop| configure| and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Implement and support HR Case Management| Employee Center| HR Catalogs| and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop custom applications| workflows| and automations using Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting.
- Configure notifications| approvals| SLAs| and business rules.
- Create and maintain integrations with HR systems such as Workday| SAP SuccessFactors| and Oracle HCM using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement security controls including ACLs| roles| and data access policies.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders| business analysts| and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Perform unit testing| troubleshooting| defect fixing| and production support.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation.
- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and enhancements.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within HR operations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science|
Information Technology| or related field.
- 5-10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience.
- Robust knowledge of HRSD modules and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience with JavaScript| JSON| XML| REST APIs| and SOAP Web Services.
- Experience in HR workflows| employee lifecycle processes| and service delivery automation.
