Job Title: Business Development amp; Research Intern (Asian Markets)

About The Role

We are seeking a sharp, research-driven, and proactive Business Development amp; Research

Intern to accelerate our expansion across global markets. In this role, you will map international

target ecosystems, identify high-potential partners and institutional clients, and drive outreach for

Evolute's cutting-edge stack spanning Identity Management (National ID, MOSIP-compliant

solutions), Payment Solutions (Wallets and Soundbox), and Strategic Tech Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

- Lead amp; Prospect Analysis

 Research and map global market landscapes to identify high-value targets across key

Segments

- Financial Institutions: Banks, NBFCs, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), and

SACCOs (Savings and Credit Co-operative Societies).

- Ecosystem amp; Solution Partners: Core banking providers, MDM providers,

digital wallet companies, and super-app platforms (e.g., Grab ecosystem players)

requiring integrated hardware/software.

- Identity amp; Public Sector Stakeholders: Agencies and integrators working on

National ID and MOSIP implementations.

 Build, clean, and segment structured prospect databases using LinkedIn Sales Navigator,

global fintech directories, and desk research.

- Cold Emailing amp; Call Scheduling

 Design and execute highly targeted, value-driven cold emailing and outreach sequences

tailored to international decision-makers (CTOs, Head of Partnerships, Expansion Leads).





 Follow up systematically to stimulate interest in Evolute's biometric authentication

devices, Android POS, and Soundbox hardware/software solutions.

 Coordinate schedules across global time zones to book introductory meetings, discovery

calls, and product demos for the core business development team.

- Research amp; Market Insight Generation

 Conduct deep-dive market research on global trends in digital payments, financial

inclusion, and foundational National ID/MOSIP adoption.

 Analyze competitor offerings, pricing models, and tech integration capabilities across

target regions.

 Synthesize findings into concise market intelligence reports, target account briefs, and

pitch inputs to support partnership strategies.

Requirements amp; Skills:

 Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an MBA, BBA, or

Bachelor's/master #39;s degree in international business, Economics, Marketing, or related

field.

 Domain Curiosity: Robust interest in fintech, digital payments, microfinance

infrastructure, and digital identity systems (such as MOSIP).

 Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with an

ability to draft crisp, professional B2B outreach messages.

 Tech-Stack Literacy: Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales

Navigator, and basic CRM tools.

 Work Ethic: High self-motivation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to

operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an MBA, BBA, or

Bachelor's/master degree in international business, Economics, Marketing, or related

field.
