Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Telesales Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products and services, explain offerings clearly, and answer customer questions. This role includes identifying potential customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into sales. The Telesales Executive will maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes, update customer information in the system,



and collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. The role also involves providing courteous customer support, handling basic service issues, and sharing feedback from customers to improve processes and offerings.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for clear speaking, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and convert calls into successful sales.
- Ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and maintain detailed call and customer records.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM or call management tools.
- Previous telesales or retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capacity to work in office in Ludhiana and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
