Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on high-volume hiring.
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple hiring channels.
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and interview coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Track hiring metrics and leverage data to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation to streamline Talent Acquisition processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience in volume hiring.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new business domains.
- Hands-on exposure to AI tools and a genuine interest in automating Talent Acquisition functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and recruitment analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Meet, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a agile, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Mandatory Work From Office.
