IntelliThink is hiring a Customer Success Speicalist to work with our steel and cement accounts in Eastern India.

You will be the primary relationship owner for plant-level customers, ensuring they get measurable value from IntelliVibe -- our AI-powered predictive maintenance platform. This is a field-facing role with real ownership: you drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer onboarding and train plant maintenance and reliability teams on IntelliVibe dashboards, alerts, and RCA workflows.

• Own monthly business reviews, tracking KPIs like downtime avoided, MTBF improvement, and maintenance cost savings.

• Build trusted relationships across levels -- from maintenance engineers on the shop floor to plant heads and C-suite.

• Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand coverage to additional assets or plants

• Represent the customer's voice internally, feeding product and engineering teams with field insights.

What We're Looking For

• 5-9 years in customer success, account management,



or technical sales -- ideally in industrial technology, IIoT, or B2B SaaS.

• Working knowledge of steel or cement plant operations; comfortable discussing maintenance schedules, asset criticality, and reliability KPIs

• Confident communicator in English and Odia/Hindi with the ability to engage plant engineers and senior leadership equally well.

• Willingness to travel 40-50% to customer sites across Eastern India

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering preferred

. Prior exposure to PdM or CMMS tools is a plus.
