ARCHITECT FOR HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS - AD 100 firm

Iqrup Design is looking for an architect to work on luxury residential projects in India and abroad.

Iqrup Design specialises in luxury architectural interior services and bespoke furniture. It is an Architectural Digest Top 100 firm. The Iqrup Design approach ranges from contemporary, contemporary, or classic, driven by her clients requirements and custom-tailored to their needs. Projects include residential properties, offices, corporate spaces, and showrooms. Over the years, the firm has done numerous projects across India as well as projects in the UK and the US.

Job Title: Architect

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 Years with High-End Residential Projects

Relevant Industry: Interior Design/ Architecture Industry

Qualification: Degree in Architecture from a top design school with an interest in Residential Interior Architecture

Employment Status: Full Time from Studio





Job Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

> Participate in all stages of interior architecture projects

> Create sketches, layouts, and mood boards for clients

> Create invoices and BOQs for clients

> Responding to and resolving client inquiries

> Responsible for the timely and efficient handling of the project

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

> Is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about design

> Is proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

> Is keen to take on responsibility and is extremely execution focused

> Is able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English in a friendly and professional manner

> Is highly organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail
