Role Overview:

We are looking for a Manager- Human Resources with 5–7 years of experience in high-growth startup environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building people practices from the ground up, partnering with business leaders, and driving a strong, high-performance culture. Experience in a manufacturing setup will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for critical business functions.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development, and people strategy.
- Build and strengthen employee engagement, culture, and employer branding initiatives.
- Own the employee lifecycle,



performance management, and talent development processes.
- Lead HR operations, policy implementation, compliance, and employee relations.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted HR business partner.
- Drive HR projects, people analytics, and continuous process improvements.
- Support factory HR initiatives and compliance, where applicable.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of AI-driven HR solutions to improve talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a culture of innovation.

What We're Looking For:

- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
- Solid expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Stakeholder Management.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to manufacturing or plant HR will be an added advantage.
