Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Chennai. The responsibilities include proactively generating and managing sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, and identifying opportunities for customer account growth. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.





Qualifications

- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Solid abilities in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Experience in Account Management to oversee client accounts and ensure their success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Relevant experience in sales or related roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
