Role Description This is a full-time, in office TGT Sanskrit position based in Goharganj Tehsil. The educator will teach Sanskrit to middle and secondary school learners, plan and deliver lessons aligned with the school curriculum, and prepare teaching materials that support language comprehension, grammar, and literature. Daily responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining academic records, and providing constructive feedback to learners. The role involves organizing class activities, supporting co-curricular programs related to language and culture, and participating in staff meetings, parent interactions, and school events.



The teacher is expected to maintain a positive classroom environment, use varied instructional strategies, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications

- Strong command of Sanskrit language, including grammar, literature, and pedagogy suitable for middle and secondary school levels.
- Experience in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment aligned with school or board curriculum requirements.
- Ability to create engaging learning materials, integrate traditional and modern teaching methods, and support diverse learning needs.
- Effective classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in Sanskrit and at least one additional language (such as Hindi or English).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sanskrit or a related field; a recognized teacher training qualification (B.Ed. or equivalent) preferred.
- Comfort with basic educational technology tools for lesson preparation, record-keeping, and communication.
- Willingness to participate in school activities, collaborate with staff, and engage with families to support student growth.
