Role Description The Sales Manager role at ORA MAKERS PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage and mentor the sales team, and drive business growth in the local real estate market. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role involves conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in achieving or exceeding targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.




- Solid knowledge of the real estate market (preferably in Chhattisgarh) and proficiency in property presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Leadership and team management skills, including coaching, performance tracking, and motivating sales professionals.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prepare clear sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages as applicable.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and digital channels used for sales and lead management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant real estate sales experience is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and a client-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work in office and conduct regular field activities, including property visits and client meetings.
