Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and active learning.
- Teach core primary subjects, including English, Mathematics, EVS, and other assigned subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
- Assess and monitor students academic progress through regular assessments and observations.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity,



communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students progress and development.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and career development programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and school initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or recognised school is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.
