Job Description SDET — Key Skills & Requirements Software Development Engineer in Test • 8+ Years Experience Profile v3 — Performance & Scale Focus ? Primary Skills Languages & Frameworks JavaScript • Python • Pytest • Core Languages: Proficient in JavaScript, or Python for automation • Framework Design: Build, scale, and maintain automation frameworks end-to-end Performance Testing Scripting • Execution • Analysis • Tooling • Scripting: Builds performance test scripts simulating real-world user behavior and workflows • Execution: Conducts load, stress, spike and soak tests to validate system stability and scalability • Analysis: Interprets performance results to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements • Tooling: Hands-on with JMeter, k6, Locust, Blazemeter or equivalent tools
