Age Criteria: Maximum 38 Years Job Description: Manage and lead a team of 4-5 Medical Executives. Achieve business and sales objectives for the assigned territory. Drive prescription generation and market development activities. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching. Develop strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and key customers. Analyze market opportunities and implement effective business strategies. Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company processes. Candidate Requirements: Graduate (MBA preferred). Minimum 2-4 years' experience as an Area Manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidate should be based in Jaipur with relevant market experience. Experience in Gastro, Acute, or Chronic therapy is preferred. Should have managed a team of 4-5 Medical Executives. Candidates with strong business delivery, high sales volume handling, and reliable employment history will be preferred. Maximum age: 38 years.
