Approx Salary Range

- 1.8 LPA to 3.2 LPA (Subject to case to case basis and performance in the interview )
- PF (Provident Fund) is optional for Fresher but Mandatory to opt for if you have PF in the past experience

Candidate Requirements :

- Fresher to 2 years of candidates is welcome
- Need to have Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Need to have minimum 30 words typing speed per minute
- Educational Background Eligibility: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA
- Not eligible candidates with: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or BCA qualifications.
- Degree perusing candidates are not eligible
- Immediate Joiner Only
- Educational Documents Required are (10th Marksheet/ 12th Marksheet/ Degree Consolidated Marksheet /Provisional Certificate) all these are mandatory to have





Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in chat-based customer support.
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

What will be your Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS).
- Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.
