Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on delivery
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, quality standards, and documentation requirements
- Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain a productive team workplace

Desired Candidate Profile:





- Proven experience managing software development projects, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar
- Leadership and team management skills with a results-oriented mindset
