- Recruit ancillary and individual providers by negotiating contract terms and rates to secure direct agreements with EK Health in targeted market areas as required by business needs
- Draft and review contract proposals and respond to contract requests
- Make/oversee targeted calls to providers
- Obtain and maintain required documentation from providers
- Manage the credentialing process and track audits of large medical groups and independent physician associations
- Communicate with providers on a regular basis to answer any questions or concerns as well as to provide strong provider relations
- Perform analysis of the provider network to identify deficiencies in required specialties and/or geographies for existing/prospective customers
- Oversee ancillary and direct contract network development and maintenance
- Meet productivity and performance standards on a continuous basis
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification:

- Any Degree
- Fair knowledge of computer operations.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
