Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop firmware and software for automation products.
- Integrate hardware with firmware and perform hardware bring-up.
- Conduct reliability and functionality testing of products.
- Develop code using C and assembly language.
- Utilize development tools effectively; experience with CodeWarrior is desirable.
- Work with open-source development tools and Windows programming (C, Visual Studio) as needed.
- Understand microprocessor and microcontroller architectures for product development.
- Work with Windows CE OS and TCP/IP stack (desirable).
- Experience with 8051 and Freescale processors is a plus.

Prerequisites / Experience:

- Good aptitude for computers and mechatronics concepts.
- Aggressive, agile, and confident personality with strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Effective public speaking and presentation skills for small and large groups.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in firmware/software development.
