Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 5–10 engineers in the design and development of advanced electronic industrial products such as Touch Panel HMIs and PLCs.
- Take full ownership of design activities from concept through to production-ready prototypes.
- Oversee hardware, firmware/software, and mechanical design processes to ensure seamless integration and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive innovation and cost-effective design approaches aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and product delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation for team members.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with product design standards, quality, and safety requirements.

Prerequisites:

- Hands-on experience in hardware,



software, and firmware development.
- Proven experience in end-to-end product design and development.
- Solid project management and people management capabilities.
- Experience with microcontroller-based design projects.
- Familiarity with Freescale ColdFire processors and CodeWarrior tools.
- Knowledge of open-source tools and RTOS environments is desirable.
- Experience in Touch Panel HMI and PLC design is an advantage.

Minimum Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience including product design and supervisory responsibilities.
