Responsibilities:

- The Engineering Manager/Team Leader will lead and manage a small team of 5 to 10 engineers.
- The primary goal is to design cost-effective, cutting-edge electronic industrial products, including touch panel HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Take full ownership of design activities, spanning from the concept phase to the production-ready prototype.
- This ownership includes overseeing hardware, firmware/software, and mechanical designs.

Prerequisites & Minimum Experience:

- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience, which includes product design and supervising.
- Possess hands-on experience in hardware, software, and/or firmware development.
- Demonstrated product design experience.
- Proven Project Management and People Management experience.
- Experience with Microcontroller-based designs.
- Experience with Freescale ColdFire processor, CodeWarrior tools, Open Source tools, and RTOS is a plus.
- Experience with the design of Touch Panel HMIs and PLCs is a plus.
