About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer with an interest in Corporate Interiors and Commercial Office Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and a willingness to learn while working on workplace design and commercial interior projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate office interiors, working closely with senior designers, project managers, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing corporate office interiors and commercial workplace environments.

• Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, and concept layouts based on client requirements.

• Develop detailed working drawings, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and interior detailing.

• Create 2D drawings and assist in developing 3D models and visualizations.

• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with senior designers, vendors, consultants, contractors, and execution teams.

• Conduct site visits for measurements, design verification, and execution support whenever required.

• Assist in selecting commercial interior materials, furniture systems, lighting,



flooring, ceilings, and partitions.

• Ensure drawings and documentation are completed accurately and within project timelines.

• Stay updated with the latest workplace design trends, materials, and commercial interior standards.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of commercial interior design and workplace planning.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D visualization software.

• Strong space planning and design visualization skills.

• Basic knowledge of working drawings and interior detailing.

• Valuable communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Corporate Interiors, Commercial Interior Design, Office Fit-Outs, Workplace Design, or Design & Build projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, or similar software will be an advantage.

• Basic experience in preparing working drawings and space planning.

• Must be located within commutable distance of Gurugram, Haryana.
