Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the feedback and processing tracking of inbound/outbound order anomalies and BOM list anomalies, as well as the handling of material feeding variance data.

2. Responsible for tracking the arrival of missing parts and supplementary distribution, and handling material return and feeding caused by order and BOM anomalies.

3. Responsible for maintaining material master data, such as inventory locations, storage bins, and maximum/minimum inventory limits.

4. Organize regular reviews of slow-moving materials and complete disposal according to the review decisions.

5. Responsible for warehouse distribution and shipping management, fulfilling production material supply assurance tasks.

6. Formulate and improve SOP standards for all business modules within the system.

Implement training and assessment for warehouse distribution personnel to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Mechanical Automation, or Engineering Management.

2. Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in warehousing and distribution management; work experience in the engineering machinery or automobile manufacturing industry is preferred.

3. Knowledge and professional skills: Understanding of warehousing and distribution technologies and their practical application; capable of warehousing and distribution planning and improvement.

4.Positive communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
