Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Managing Partner role based in Patiala. The Managing Partner will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, drive business growth, and ensure achievement of insurance sales and revenue targets in the region. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring advisors, setting performance goals, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, supporting advisors in client meetings, and promoting Kotak Life's products through effective sales strategies and local market outreach. The Managing Partner will collaborate with regional leadership,



provide regular performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning and process improvements to enhance overall business performance.
