POSITION DESCRIPTION

PHP Development

- Strong proficiency in PHP, with production experience in the Laravel framework

Database Engineering

- Deep,



hands-on knowledge across multiple database systems: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake
- Data validation: enforcing schema constraints, type checking, and business-rule validation on ingested data
- Data sanitation: cleaning, normalizing, and deduplicating data; handling malformed or incomplete records
- Automated data testing: building test coverage for pipelines to catch regressions and data-quality issues
- Proficiency writing performant, well-structured SQL (complex joins, window functions, query optimization)

API Integration

- Experience consuming third-party REST APIs following established best practices
- Handling rate limiting, pagination, retries, and backoff strategies
- Authentication flows (OAuth, API keys, token refresh)
- Mapping and transforming API responses into normalized database structures

Workflow Automation

- Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows in n8n

General Engineering

- Comfort with version control (Git) and cooperative development practices
- Ability to write maintainable, documented code and debug data pipeline issues end to end
