We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern with a basic understanding of finance or accounting. The ideal candidate will support our marketing initiatives while helping create content that resonates with finance professionals, businesses, and enterprise customers.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the growth of Qoncil by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement activities in a full-time, Remote based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and identifying potential clients, supporting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and helping manage basic customer inquiries.



The intern will assist in creating and updating marketing content, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and documentation for the sales and marketing teams. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to learn the product, participating in training sessions, and contributing to process improvements. The position offers hands-on experience in a B2B SaaS workplace and exposure to sales and marketing strategies in the fintech sector.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA (Marketing), Finance, CA Inter, CMA, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn digital marketing and B2B marketing.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, or AI content tools.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products or financial software.
- Ability to interpret simple financial reports and business metrics.
