Role Overview

Warehouse/shop‑floor automation, material handling – Installation, Operation & Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor coordination: Track deliverables (layout, navigation, fleet manager config, charging, safety) and enforce timelines/quality.
- Project execution: Support site readiness, floor/path setup, network/Wi‑Fi checks, safety device installation, trials, and validations.
- Commissioning & testing: Participate in necessary Acceptance test, verify missions, docking accuracy, obstacle handling, and stability.
- Operations (post go‑live): Monitor fleet, manage missions/task queues, resolve blockages, analyze errors/logs, drive uptime.
- Integration support: Coordinate IT, Vendor and interfaces
- Safety & compliance: Adhere ad perform routine checks (scanners, E‑stops, bumpers).




- Training & documentation: Create SOPs, one‑point lessons, and maintain as‑built and test records.
- Should be able to Program PLC for Equipment Automation & Troubleshooting.
- Should implement Kaizens for improving quality and cycle time.
- Attend the equipment breakdown and be able to take Corrective and Preventive action.
- Should take care of making maintenance report as per the schedule.
- Should make monthly report for breakdown and along with why-why analysis.
- Should take care of Spare parts monitoring.
- Should maintain confidentiality when dealing with technology and confidential designs.
