Position: Asst Manager / Deputy Manager (P2P)

Work Location: Ahmednagar

Educational Qualification (Either Diploma with 2-7 year's experience or BE/B Tech with 2-5 years of experience)

Specialization : Mechanical / Supply chain, SAP MM

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

- Responsible for procurement and planning of material to support the production as per schedule. Planning of material as per M1 and M2 schedule
- Responsible for daily receipt (OTIF-On Time delivery In Full) of material/subassemblies as per plan, dealing with vendors for supply and availability of machine, tools, RM, components as per plan to support monthly production.
- Responsible for DWM related activities, co-ordination with Shop floor supervisor and vendor. To take up kaizen projects and ensure continuous improvements.
- Responsible for establishing key initiatives at Vendor-end i.e 5S, Lean etc. Improve VQR/SQIP
- Preparedness for QMS,EMS and OHSAS. Awareness about SAP, knowledge on electrical products will be added advantage
