About the Opportunity

A global organization is seeking a Manager – Advanced Analytics to lead the design, development, and scaling of advanced analytics solutions that support enterprise decision-making.

The role focuses on advanced forecasting, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI, with responsibility for translating complex business challenges into scalable analytical products. The successful candidate will take solutions from initial problem definition and model design through MVP development and production deployment, while delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Forecasting, Machine Learning & AI

- Lead the design and deployment of advanced forecasting solutions across demand, supply, commercial, and operational use cases.
- Apply statistical, machine learning, and hybrid forecasting methodologies.
- Build and productionize machine learning models for prediction, classification, segmentation, anomaly detection, and decision support.
- Drive the adoption of agentic AI to automate insight generation, exception management, scenario evaluation, and decision workflows.
- Determine appropriate combinations of forecasting, machine learning, optimization, GenAI, and agentic AI based on business value, scalability, and explainability.
- Apply human-in-the-loop processes, governance, and monitoring to support reliable and responsible AI deployment.

Advanced Analytics & Modelling

- Develop and review forecasting, predictive, and causal models using time-series, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Establish best practices for feature engineering, model evaluation, backtesting,



accuracy measurement, and model monitoring.
- Translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations and executive-level insights.

Architecture, Platforms & Deployment

- Deploy and operationalize forecasting, machine learning, and agentic AI solutions using enterprise cloud platforms such as Azure or comparable technologies.
- Support model training, versioning, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
- Integrate analytical solutions with enterprise data platforms, business applications, and decision-making workflows.
- Establish reusable modelling, deployment, and orchestration standards.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, reliability, scalability, and responsible AI.

Delivery & Stakeholder Leadership

- Lead advanced analytics initiatives from use-case identification and experimentation through MVP and production deployment.
- Partner with Product, IT, Data Engineering, and business leadership to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Drive adoption of analytical and AI solutions across business functions.
- Translate technical outputs into clear business actions, value propositions, and executive recommendations.

People & Capability Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, data scientists, and machine learning professionals.
- Build organizational capability across forecasting, advanced analytics, experimentation, and intelligent automation.




- Lead technical design reviews and promote best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, forecasting, or machine learning.
- Strong track record of deploying analytical solutions into production environments.
- Hands-on experience with advanced forecasting techniques, including statistical, machine learning, and hybrid approaches.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, model evaluation, experimentation, and analytical problem-solving.
- Experience with or exposure to agentic AI or GenAI-enabled analytical workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience deploying analytics or AI solutions on Azure or comparable cloud platforms.
- Proven experience leading teams and influencing senior and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

- Demand forecasting, supply chain analytics, commercial analytics, or decision intelligence.
- Optimization, causal AI, scenario modelling, or simulation-based decision-making.
- MLOps, Responsible AI, AI risk controls, and governance.
- Experience within consumer goods, supply chain, operations, finance, or commercial analytics environments.
