Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced APC (Advanced Process Control) Project Engineer to support the engineering, testing, deployment, and commissioning of APC solutions for process industry customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Advanced Process Control, DCS systems, PID loop tuning, and plant commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and gather process data for APC implementation.
- Analyze plant data and prepare APC Site Survey Reports.
- Develop Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and APC Design Documents.
- Identify process control loops and perform Step Tests.
- Design, develop, configure, and optimize APC Models and Controllers.
- Prepare DCS Integration Documents and support system integration activities.
- Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Integration Acceptance Testing (IAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Support APC application deployment, commissioning, and plant start-up activities.
- Update As-Built documentation and maintain project deliverables.
- Collaborate with process engineers, control engineers, and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide periodic project status updates and technical documentation.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on APC project experience.
- Experience across the complete APC project lifecycle including engineering, testing, deployment, and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of PID Controllers, Cascade Control, Feed Forward Control, and Ratio Control strategies.
- Experience working with plant operations, process engineers, and DCS systems.
