We are growing our BIM & CAD Engineering team and looking for experienced and detail-oriented MEP Coordination Draftsman to join us for GCC Projects.

JOB TITLE: MEP Draftsman - Must have 4+ years Experience on GCC Projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Prepare and develop MEP coordination and shop drawings

- Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Fighting services

- Identify and resolve clashes using coordination software

- Co-ordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, and site teams

- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and client requirements

- Update drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments

- Support project teams for smooth execution and submission processes

EXPERIENCE:



Must Have: 4+ years of UAE/GCC projects

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks.

- Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an advantage.

- Robust understanding of MEP systems and coordination process with design engineering.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Familiar with UAE/GCC codes for Construction and Contracting

- Design calculation for MEP systems
