We are looking for experienced professionals to join our SCADA team and contribute to exciting Substation and Power Plant Automation projects.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – EEE / ECE

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coordinate, and support SCADA commissioning engineers in executing Substation Automation (SAS), Power Plant Automation, Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind), and Industrial Automation projects.
- Plan, monitor, and manage site commissioning activities, ensuring seamless coordination with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, utility representatives, and other project stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership for the configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems, RTUs, Gateways, IEDs, and communication networks.
- Prepare and review commissioning reports, test records, site documentation, as-built drawings, and project handover documents in accordance with project and customer requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and in office support throughout the complete project lifecycle, from engineering and commissioning to final handover.




- Mentor, train, and develop junior engineers by providing technical coaching on SCADA systems, commissioning procedures, troubleshooting methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure the timely completion of site activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively to minimize project delays and ensure reliable system performance.
