Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns, focusing on creator outreach, relationship management, and content coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential influencers, maintaining databases, assisting with communication, and tracking campaign performance and deliverables. The intern will help prepare briefs, monitor social media platforms, analyze engagement metrics, and contribute ideas to improve creator experience and campaign impact. This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram,



requiring regular collaboration with the marketing and product teams. The position offers hands-on exposure to influencer marketing, creator platforms, and brand partnerships in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Robust interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with an understanding of major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic skills in research, data organization, and using spreadsheets or dashboards to track campaigns and influencer performance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for outreach, drafting briefs, and coordinating with creators and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with digital tools and social media analytics; familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
- Prior internship or project experience in social media, content creation, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
