Required Skills & Qualifications

- At-least 4–7 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (must-have).
- Solid working knowledge of PySpark with at-least 2years of hands-on knowledge (must-have).
- Experience with Python (good to have).
- Expertise in data modeling.
- Strong business analysis, logical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth understanding of data governance, data domains, and product design.
- Background in banking, wholesale banking, or regulatory reporting (must-have)
- Proven experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies (positive to have).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Good to Have

- Experience with market data vendors and financial data domains.




- Familiarity with Hadoop, MS Office, Confluence, and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the collection, organization, and processing of complex data sets to create high-quality data assets.
- Drive data analysis, data modeling, and data quality initiatives to support strategic business goals.
- Own documentation of solution designs and oversee the drafting and execution of comprehensive test scenarios.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and provide expert guidance on data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate and support change management activities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Oversee implementation management, including planning, controlling, and reporting on solution deployment, with a focus on risk mitigation and benefit realization.

Mentor and guide junior data analysts or small teams as needed.
