The Trainee - CFO position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial management and strategy under the mentorship of the Chief Financial Officer. You will play a key role in supporting various financial operations and analyses within the organization.

Responsibilities

- Assist in financial planning and analysis activities
- Support the CFO in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
- Conduct research and analysis on financial performance and trends
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data
- Help in identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling
- Knowledge of financial statements and reporting
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
