What you will be doing:

- Build & Scale Analytics:

Set up and lead the analytics function - define the vision, establish tools and processes, and build scalable reporting frameworks. Be hands-on with deep-dive analyses, dashboard creation, and report automation to support decision-making across teams. Bring in a data driven approach, ensure we have the accurate data collection and reporting

- Team Leadership:

Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of analysts. Review work, provide strategic guidance, and foster a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, and outcome-oriented thinking.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product, Business, Ops, Data science and Engineering to identify high-impact problems, design analytical solutions, and deliver insights that inform product and operational strategies. Champion the use of data across all functions.

- Data Infrastructure & Governance:





Partner with Data Engineering to design robust data models and pipelines. Ensure data reliability, define key metrics, and implement best practices around data quality, governance, and documentation.

You will thrive in this role if you:

- 58 years of experience in analytics or data science, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong SQL skills; hands-on experience with analytical tools like Python, R, and dashboarding platforms (e.g., Metabase, Tableau).
- Proven ability to work independently and build systems and teams from scratch.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing decisions through data.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled setting is highly desirable.
