Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday Launch projects as the bridge between India and North America teams.
- Assign tasks based on team skills and project needs.
- Ensure accurate, timely deliverables with explicit daily status updates.
- Guide teams in configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop packaged solutions and optimize configurations per Workday standards.
Preferred:
- Workday Launch certification and project experience.
- Mentor teams on task execution and problem-solving.
- Contribute to documentation, task reallocation, and cross-team collaboration.
