What you can look forward to as Material Compliance Engineer(m/f/d):

• Collecting Material compliance report (IMDS) from suppliers. Ensuing Compliance with environmental regulations

(e.g., REACH, RHOS, TSCA, IHM, CRM, SC-POPS, SCIP, PROP-65)

• Supplier communication and management – Request for IMDS / Review and approve/Reject supplier MDS reports.

Providing trainings and support to suppliers on IMDS requirements

• Internal Coordination work with Design/purchasing/Buying/Commodity/sales.

• Providing reports and updates on compliance status for internal stakeholders.

• Maintain Documentation for all IMDS submissions & Generate reports for audits. Stay up to date with global regulatory changes.

Your profile as Material Compliance Engineer





• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or related field with at least 6-8 years of qualified experience in industry field

Purchasing topics. Should have handled exclusive commodity at least for 3-4 years

• Familiar with Purchasing processes and compliances

• Able to negotiate smartly, should have excellent negotiation Skill

• Experience with automotive Industries

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
