- Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the AP process.
- AR customer Query handling & Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies quickly and effectively.
- AR Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial software like SAP, Blackline, MS Office etc.
