- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hardware & Networking Trainer with expertise in laptop and desktop hardware, system maintenance, and networking. The ideal candidate must possess solid technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to train students and working professionals. An MBA qualification is essential, ensuring the ability to manage training delivery and student engagement effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on training in laptop and desktop hardware repair, including diagnostics, maintenance, and component replacement.
- Teach computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN configuration, IP addressing, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
- Conduct practical lab sessions on hardware assembly, OS installation (Windows/Linux), BIOS settings, and system recovery.
- Train students on network devices (routers, switches, modems), cabling standards, and internet connectivity setup.
- Prepare training materials, modules, and assessments as per curriculum standards.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback and support.




- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, etc.).
- Maintain training equipment and labs in optimal working condition.
- Support students in project development, certification preparation, and career guidance.
- Use business and communication skills gained from MBA to manage training delivery, resolve student issues, and ensure batch success.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or Computer Science + MBA (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or field work in hardware and networking
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network protocols
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools, remote access software, and diagnostic utilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA preferred (not mandatory)
