What you can look forward to as a manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)::

• Develop and implement Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), PFMEA, and Control Plans while enhancing capacity and optimizing operations.

• Design and oversee pneumatic and electrical circuits, and establish Lean Equipment Specifications.

• Drive waste reduction and ensure ergonomic and material handling standards in manufacturing processes.

• Lead the design, construction, and acceptance of equipment/workstations, ensuring alignment with SHE, Cycle Time, Labour, and TPM requirements.

• Conduct process planning and productivity improvements for new and existing products, focusing on standardization and re-engineering.

Your Profile as Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d):

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE)



with 6 to 12 years of experience in relevant roles.

• Proven expertise in assembly process planning, capacity enhancement, and low-cost automation.

• Hands-on experience in material handling systems, PLC automation, and Smart Factory digitalization.

• Robust skills in implementing standardized work content and process improvements for ramp-ups and de-bottlenecking.

• Knowledge of methods analysis, ergonomic standards, and productivity improvement techniques.
