What you can look forward to as Team Lead - Catalog Data Management Europe & IMEA

- Functional & technical leadership of a team (approx. 10 employees) in India location
- Development and coordination of standard procedures, instructions, and documentation
- Performance evaluations using standardized tools and methods
- Catalog database maintenance and print catalog coordination (global scope, cross-functional alignment)
- Coordination of catalog linkages (Europe/IMEA region) and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile as Team Lead - Catalog Data Management Europe & IMEA

- Master data update management (CDB, TecDoc standards) ensuring catalog integrity and compliance
- Maintenance of central vehicle master data (CDB and PIMS alignment)
- Interface with Sales, Category Management Management, and IT for layout requirements and technical implementations.
- Resource planning, recruitment, and deployment considering labor laws, and qualifications
- Creation and maintenance of job descriptions and personnel requirements
- Conducting employee interviews, including challenging conversations (e.g., performance reviews)
