- The Senior System Administrator would be responsible for handling advanced first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner
- This relates to all technology, including workstations, resolve or escalate issues related to desktop hardware, software, network, and others when a request is raised through phone calls, emails, or chats

Job Responsibilities

- Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.
- Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
- Application installation and support
- Printer installation and support
- Client VPN installation and support
- Microsoft Office Suite Support
- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
- Active Directory user management and troubleshooting




- Exchange/Office 365 user management and troubleshooting

Must Haves

- Valuable conceptual understanding of Windows desktop OS
- At least 3 years of Windows desktop end-user technical support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills

Added Advantage

- Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups & Firewalls.
- Networking skills (Windows, CISCO).
- VMWare Certified
- MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification.
