The Technical Trainer position owns the responsibility of successfully running the training programs for the engineers at ITBD.

They will devise technical training programs as per the organization's requirements.

Eligibility:

- A bachelors or associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Trainer, training specialist, or a similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience training L1/L2/L3 Engineers
- Professional technical training certification such as MCT is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars,



workshops, etc. in groups or individually
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.

Requirement:

- Proven experience as a technical trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
