- Developing and working on the talent acquisition strategy
- Provide full life cycle recruitment for a wide variety of positions within the India Development Centre
- Scheduling interview calls with potential candidates sourced through multiple job portals and networks
- Expertise in industry mapping tracking across industry functions and segments
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Build credible and consistent relationships with hiring managers by providing sound advice throughout the hiring cycle.
- Must possess a sense of urgency and provide robust consultative skills to the hiring teams
- Recruiting experience through social media
