- You will act as a passionate subject matter expert for our skilled services, responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the practice providing industry expertise to both internal and external leaders.
- You will be leading a team of Automotive Engineers, in our exciting brand-new location in the Bangalore area of the city.
- The Practice Lead has a deep knowledge of the auto industry and uses this to help develop strategic solutions for the clients, working with our business team, third-party partners, and client leaders.
- This person will network with industry leaders, business teams, current clients, and potential clients to understand and communicate current and future trends.
- The Practice Lead is a Point Of Contact for the sales team to create presentations and proposal responses demonstrating our services capabilities and expertise to meet client needs.
- Our services build upon our solutions for automotive OEMs, Tier 1s, and major ecosystem influencers spanning autonomous driving and mobility, cybersecurity, safety, AI, and innovative in-vehicle technologies.

Requirements:

- B.Tech in CSE/ECE with 70 % above or 8 CGPA.
- Have experience of 7-10 years in the Automotive industry.
- Have experience in Platform development with exposure to Linux, Middleware components, system services.
- Have experience in CAN protocol.




- Have experience with IPC mechanisms such as DBUS, Message Queues, MOST ( Media Oriented System Transport )
- Have experience with Agile.
- Have experience with SDLC and tools related to it such as JIRA, SVN, and GIT.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders - major OEM, Tier 1, and ecosystem influencers in the region.
- Grow services business in the auto industry for the organization.
- Drive services opportunities, including solution planning, deal shaping, estimating, and pricing.
- Should be able to lead cross-functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
- Adept at determining requirements by interviewing clients, reviewing requirements, and facilitating working sessions.
- Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements.
- Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client s unique requirements and processes to determine the applicable fit and familiar with software development life cycle for automobiles.
- Assist in the development of points of view, white papers, and other knowledge capital.
