We are seeking an experienced EAM Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital initiatives in Enterprise Asset Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading digital transformation projects and a deep understanding of EAM solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead the digital transformation initiatives for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies for EAM digital solutions, including IoT, data analytics, and predictive maintenance.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Oversee project management for EAM digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Analyze current EAM processes and systems to recommend technological enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to EAM.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 9-10 years of experience in digital transformation, preferably in the EAM domain.
- Solid understanding of EAM software solutions and their integration with IoT and data analytics.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in asset management.
