- Sales Experience is mandatory.
- Must have a knowledge regarding steam and boiler products.
- Working with Steam engineering products where incumbent with the background of Steam Engineering Product/Boilers/Heaters is suitable.
- Achieve ABP targets for the respective territory directly and through the dealer network.
- Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyze key market trends.
- Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target.
- Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.
- Concept selling & drive current product /application sales. Develop and generate business through identified OEMs / Key Accounts / Channel Associates/ Consultants to get additional business
